Seeking help and looking inwards for it!

Non-medical issues: what's the balance between seeking help and looking inward for self-help?  What are the parameters?  I see a connection between the latter and those with natural leadership traits. What does the world say about that?  How easy is it for the average Jane or Joe to invest a load of emotions, truths and self-revelations to a another, unrelated and relatively unknown?

What happens within 'Mammalia' less us, homo sapiens?  Any examples top draw from. Attenborough should know - he spends enough time with them among other species!  But really, isn't there something out there that we must look in to acquiring to manage out unmanageable issues? Take a herd and work the herd-theory. No dissent. No particular direction either but herd moves from A to B, that being purpose. Take a rogue male - end comes quickly, no prolonged 'serial-ism'! Saves the court time and money. The ambush tactics of the primates to trap and  devour and entire cousin!  Sun Tze or what?

Time shifts. moods swing but we still look for help, must we?

Take a break, (now this is coined!) have a Kit-Kat or a Tic-Tac and chill!  Everything comes to pass. If it's worth your while, catch up before you are passed, if not, everything stays unchanged.
